Common questions
Is there anything recurring?
No. The $300 is one time, nothing auto-charges, and I won’t sign you up for anything. Your first month of management is included free - because I want you to see what it’s worth before you spend another dollar on it. After that, if you want me to keep it current, it’s $99/month, and you’d have to ask me for it.
Can you guarantee I’ll show up first?
No, and anybody who tells you they can is selling you something. Google decides ranking. What I guarantee is the delivery list - and you can check every item yourself on your public listing.
How fast can you get my business showing up?
The build takes about one business day. That clock starts once you’ve given me Manager access to your Google Business Profile - and if your profile isn’t claimed yet, I’ll walk you through claiming it on a 10-minute video call first. Google’s own verification step can take longer than that, and nobody controls it. I won’t pretend otherwise.
What do you need from me?
Ten minutes on a video call to get your profile claimed and give Zarvelo Manager access, plus some photos - I’ll send you a list of exactly what to shoot. That’s it. You stay the owner the whole time, and you can revoke my access whenever you want.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes - and they need to be yours. Real photos of your actual business beat anything I could buy or pull off the internet, and Google treats them differently too. I’ll send you a short shot list built for your type of business: a candy shop needs its products and the feeling of walking in the door; a contractor needs trucks, crews and finished work. Your phone camera is fine. If you already have good photos online, written permission to use those works too.
Do I need a website to work with you?
No - and honestly, a website isn’t the first step. Being findable is. When the time is right I build custom sites tailored to what your business actually needs, at a price that makes sense. But that’s a later conversation, not a requirement.
Are there long contracts?
None, anywhere. The $300 Foundation is one time. Even the monthly management is no-contract - prepaid, month to month, stop whenever you want. Some months are tighter than others when you run a small business. I’d rather you stay because it’s working than because you’re locked in.
